Celebrate Recovery is a Bible-based program founded on eight principles which come from the Beatitudes in the Gospel of Matthew. Through these principles, 12 Christ-centered steps lead participants on a journey toward healing and wholeness.

To Celebrate is to proclaim; to commemorate. Recovery is to regain something lost or taken away; restore or return to health; return to a better state or condition.

Prayer for Serenity

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time; accepting hardship as a pathway to peace. Taking as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is; not as I would have it. Trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your will so that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with You forever in the next. Amen

hurt, habit or hang-up?

A HURT is an emotional reaction to another person’s behavior or a disturbing situation, such as abuse, abandonment, codependency, domestic violence, divorce, relationship issues, loss or grief. These hurts may cause uncomfortable feelings such as depression, sadness, discouragement, fear, anger, guilt, or shame.

A HABIT is an addiction to someone or something, such as alcohol, drugs, food, gambling, sex, shopping or smoking.

A HANG-UP is a negative mental attitude that is used to cope with people or adversity, such as anger, resentment, bitterness, guilt, hatred, depression, fear, or un-forgiveness.

These life problems can be stumbling blocks or stepping stones on a journey toward healing.

HEALING is a life-long journey that can be found through applying the principles and steps of a Bible-based recovery process to your life.
